Aliyah Lamont

Aliyah likes to express her emotions and tell stories through dance, in a way that words can’t. Dancing provides a place for her to feel most confident, focused and herself. She loves being challenged both physically and mentally, whilst constantly being able to learn and push past her limits. Aliyah’s Great Dream is to become a professional contemporary dancer who is technically strong, expressive, and versatile across multiple styles. Her ambition is to train at a full-time, pre-professional dance school where she can refine her technique in ballet and contemporary dance while continuing to develop skills in jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, and musical theatre. Aliyah’s future dreams, are to perform on professional stages, working with established choreographers and being a part of a respected dance company. She aims to create performances that connect emotionally with audiences and tell meaningful stories through movement. Welcome to Great Dreams Aliyah.
Andie Rose

We are delighted to once again be supporting Andie Rose in her Great Dreams!
Andie’s Great Dream is to solidify her place as a triple-threat artist in the performing arts.
Her ultimate goal is to become a well-rounded, internationally acclaimed actor on screen, stage, and in musical theatre.
Storytelling and performing have been a part of her life for as long as she can remember, fuelling her passion and drive to make this dream a reality. This year, Andie is studying her pre-professional Musical Theatre training at Brent Street, which brings her much closer to achieving her dreams of stage and screen. Welcome back Andie!
Aster
Scholarship Recipient
Driven by a deep passion for the ocean and high-performance sport, Aster’s greatest ambition is to compete as a professional Ironwoman in the Shaw and Partners Iron Series, racing across the demanding disciplines of swim, board, surf ski, and iron. She also aspires to compete on the world stage in the 10km open water event at the Olympic Games.
Beyond her sporting ambitions, Aster holds a strong commitment to protecting the ocean that plays such a vital role in her life and training. She dreams of becoming a professional free diver and ocean advocate, using her platform to promote environmental awareness and contribute to the protection of marine ecosystems. Through sustainable practices, ocean clean-up initiatives, and advocacy, she hopes to help safeguard the beauty and biodiversity of our oceans.
Her ultimate goal is to combine elite sport with environmental advocacy—using her journey to inspire others to chase their dreams while taking responsibility for protecting the planet and its oceans for future generations.
Chloe Johnson

We are delighted to welcome back Chloe in 2026. Chloe is passionate about becoming a successful performing artist—whether as a screen actor, recording artist, or both. Ultimately, Chloe wants to become a confident, versatile performer who can turn her passion into a lasting career.
Through singing and acting, she channels her emotions, creativity, and energy into something meaningful. It’s a space where she feels understood and accepted, both by herself and by others, making her dream all the more important to her. This year, Chloe’s focus is on refining her skills with more personalised coaching and training, so that she is fully prepared for the opportunities that are presented along the way.
Eadie Biggs
Scholarship Recipient
Great Dreams is delighted to be able to continue to support Eadie in her Great Dreams for 2026.
Eadie’s goal is to work hard at the highest level to reach the top of the Women’s World Tennis Tour (WTA).
Her Great Dream is to represent Australia in the green and gold at the 2032 Olympics, compete in Grand Slams, play for Australia at the Billie Jean King Cups and to continue to play for Queensland and break into the world’s top 10. In addition to these high achievements, Eadie demonstrates a genuine philanthropic spirit, driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She is committed to giving back to her community wherever possible by using her platform to create a positive impact beyond sport. Go Eadie!!
Ella Rome

Ella is a dedicated and passionate swimmer with a dream of competing in the Brisbane 2032 Olympics.
Her commitment to the sport drives her to train six times a week in squad sessions and compete on weekends at local comps.
With hard work, determination, and a love for swimming, she is focused on turning her Olympic dream into reality. Welcome back to Great Dreams Ella!
Huxton Campbell

Huxton is a dedicated and ambitious young athlete with a dream of becoming a professional basketball player, representing his country. He is committed to working hard, pushing his limits, and striving to be the best he can be. Basketball is at the heart of Huxton’s life. Jesse’s Great Dreams continue in 2026 with his aspirations to build a successful career as a triple threat in the performing arts, developing his talents in acting, dancing, and singing to perform across live theatre, musical theatre, and screen. Over the past six years, he has dedicated much of his spare time to pursuing this dream and has already achieved significant milestones along the way.
The performing arts allow Jesse to combine his passion, dedication, and long-term ambitions. He is driven by the opportunity to be part of productions that bring joy and meaning to audiences while also finding genuine fulfillment in his craft.
Lily McCaig Moore

Lily dreams of becoming a professional ballet dancer, training at a European ballet school to refine her artistry and technique.
Ballet has captivated her from a young age with its unique blend of athleticism and expression, making it a lifelong passion. It has taught her perseverance, determination, and hard work—values she carries into all aspects of life.
When she dances, she feels a deep sense of freedom and fulfilment, fully immersing herself in the emotions and characters she brings to life on stage. Lily’s commitment and dedication to her ballet and training each week is outstanding. Great Dreams is very excited to welcome back Lily to 2026.
Nellie Pocock

Great Dreams is proud to continue to support Nellie in 2026. Nellie’s great dream is to become a world-class swimmer, standing on the Olympic podium and competing against the best athletes in the world.
For her, swimming is more than just a sport—it’s her passion, her escape, and her identity. She loves the connections made with friends, the discipline, the comradery and the challenges. The thrill of gliding through the water, the adrenaline of touching the wall, and the joy of breaking personal records drive her to push herself to new heights every day.
Raff Baviello

Raff is an ambitious and determined athlete with a clear vision for her future in the AFL Women’s. She aspires to become one of the greatest players the league has ever seen, aiming to make an immediate and lasting impact from the moment she enters the competition.
Driven by a strong competitive mindset, Raff has set her sights on achieving some of the sport’s highest honours, including League Best and Fairest, Rookie of the Year, and All-Australian selection.
Her ambition is not only to succeed personally but to elevate the game itself. She hopes to help take women’s football to new heights, leaving a legacy defined by excellence, leadership, and a commitment to changing the game for future generations. Her ultimate goal is to build a career that includes premiership success and recognition among the legends of the sport. Riley Mackay

Riley aspires to play AFL at the highest level and build a successful career within a professional football environment. Football has been a central part of his life for as long as he can remember, providing motivation, focus, and challenge. He thrives on the competitiveness of the game, its physical demands, and the constant drive for improvement, finding purpose and meaning in every training session and match.
This year marks Riley’s draft year, making the next 12 months critical in shaping his future in football. He is focused on performing consistently and maximizing every opportunity to showcase his talent. These experiences allow him to compete at the highest level against the best players in his age group while gaining exposure in front of recruiters. Rowan Gillam

Great Dreams welcomes back Rowan in 2026! Rowan is a dedicated and inspiring athlete who has transformed personal challenges into remarkable achievements. After a severe traumatic brain injury in 2020 left him with vision loss, he discovered a passion for running—starting on the treadmill and progressing to running outdoors with his father as his guide. What began as a way to regain movement has become a profound love for the sport, giving him a sense of freedom and purpose.
Since then, Rowan has risen from a hopeful athlete to a state and national competitor. He is now focused on his biggest goals yet: competing internationally in 2027 and representing his country at the 2032 Paralympic Games. Driven by determination, resilience, and an unwavering passion for running, Rowan is committed to giving everything to make this journey a reality.
